PRESCO and Perion Partner to Launch New Era of Taiwan Retail Media and Programmatic Digital Out-of-Home Advertising

PRESCO announced today (13th) the establishment of a strategic partnership with global leading advertising technology company Perion, officially introducing Perion's programmatic digital out-of-home (pDOOH) advertising platform to Taiwan. This collaboration combines the world's largest pDOOH technology platform with Taiwan's most comprehensive retail media network, driving Taiwan's advertising market into a fully data-driven new era, creating more efficient marketing value for brands and advertisers, and building a comprehensive out-of-home media landscape.

Perion owns the internationally leading pDOOH programmatic technology platform, which integrates DSP (Demand-Side Platform) and SSP (Supply-Side Platform) capabilities for real-time ad bidding, delivery, and optimization. Currently deployed in 35+ countries, it has become the preferred solution in international markets.

PRESCO is a wholly-owned subsidiary of President Enterprises Group, established in 2000 with deep expertise in marketing consulting and digital advertising. Through its Retail Media Network (RMN), it has expanded Taiwan's most comprehensive retail media resources. Through this strategic partnership, PRESCO will comprehensively integrate retail and out-of-home advertising resources via Perion's pDOOH technology platform, providing comprehensive programmatic advertising solutions that combine "online data × offline touchpoints," further enhancing advertising procurement efficiency and data-driven marketing effectiveness.
